After you book, the hotel concierge will reach out to introduce themselves and ensure all your needs are met for your stay. Our concierge was incredibly helpful, arranging reservations at top beach clubs, restaurants, and even a private boat tour.
I had two main goals for my Capri visit: to experience Fontelina Beach Club and to enjoy a private boat tour around the island. Securing a reservation at Fontelina seemed nearly impossible, but with just one email to our concierge at Capri Tiberio Palace, we had a reservation secured within 20 minutes. Similarly, when I inquired about booking a private charter, the concierge promptly sent us a comprehensive brochure with boat options, tour types, and prices to choose from.
Additionally, just before your arrival, the concierge will provide you with transportation options and detailed information to ensure a smooth arrival. Visit Capri to create unforgettable memories and enjoy luxurious accommodations at the Capri Tiberio Palace.
Getting There
The nearest airport to the Capri Tiberio Palace is Naples International Airport (NAP), which is approximately 30 miles (48 kilometers) from the hotel. Guests can take a private boat or ferry from Naples to Capri, and then a taxi or shuttle to the hotel. Alternatively, guests can also take a helicopter from Naples to Capri. Please note that the hotel can arrange private transfers and transportation services subject to availability. This ensures a seamless and stress-free journey, allowing you to start your vacation in style and comfort.

Whether you arrive by ferry or private boat, the exceptional service of Capri Tiberio Palace begins the moment you disembark. As you step off the ferry, you’ll find porters holding signs for Capri Tiberio Palace, ready to handle your luggage and escort you to a pre-arranged taxi for the short drive to the hotel.
Since Capri Tiberio Palace is centrally located just steps from the pizzetta, your taxi will take you to the top of the hill, and you’ll have a brief walk through town to reach the hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk will greet you in their elegant lounge and offer a refreshing welcome drink before guiding you to your room. The hotel rooms are known for their quality, spaciousness, and appealing decor, ensuring a comfortable and satisfying stay.

The Capri Tiberio Palace is situated in the heart of Capri, Italy, just a short walk from the famous Piazzetta and the town’s elegant designer shopping district. The hotel is also close to the 14th-century Charterhouse of San Giacomo and the panoramic terraces of the Gardens of Augustus, offering breathtaking views of the Faraglioni and the bay of Marina Piccola. This prime location allows guests to easily explore the island’s rich history, vibrant culture, and stunning natural beauty, all while enjoying the luxurious comforts of the hotel.
Hotel Rooms and Accommodations at the Capri Tiberio Palace
Our stay at the Capri Tiberio Palace was marked by comfort, luxury, and ample space. We enjoyed a one-bedroom suite featuring a terrace and a sea view. The suite included a sitting area, a spacious bathroom with a well-lit vanity, a walk-in closet, and a plush bed. Two sets of double doors—one from the sitting room and another from the bedroom—opened onto the terrace, which was equipped with a sitting area, two lounge chairs, and stunning sea views.
The hotel’s pool area provided a serene retreat with lounge chairs overlooking the sea, ideal for cooling off from the Capri heat. For further relaxation, there is also a full-service spa. The luxurious Spa Tiberio offers exclusive wellness therapies and natural treatments, featuring standout amenities like the Percorsi Acque therapy and an inviting in-and-out pool.

I’m well-acquainted with luxury hotels, and the Capri Tiberio Palace stands out for its exceptional service. From the moment we made our reservation, the concierge was instrumental in fulfilling all our requests, including securing spots at exclusive beach clubs, booking the most sought-after dining experiences, and arranging a private boat for us. Vittoria and Francesco both helped us with our requests and their service went above and beyond.
The convenience of traveling to and from the hotel was greatly appreciated. The hotel’s porters met us at the ferry, handled all our luggage, and escorted us to a prearranged taxi. Given the hilly and stair-filled terrain typical of the Amalfi Coast, navigating with luggage can be challenging so this service was very much appreciated. As our departure approached, the hotel staff meticulously ensured we had the correct documentation for our ferry and made sure our luggage was waiting for us at the ferry dock.
Our stay was comfortable, relaxing, and the luxurious experience at the Capri Tiberio Palace helped make it this trip one of the most memorable yet. I can't wait to get back to Capri, and there is no doubt that I would stay at the Capri Tiberio Palace on the next trip.
