Le Plongeoir - As shown in the image above, Le Plongeoir is perched on a rock pillar above the sea, just off the coast of Nice. This unique dining experience is truly one-of-a-kind. We dined on the furthest rock, where the setting was absolutely magical. Additionally, there’s a cocktail bar at the base where you can enjoy drinks before your reservation, complete with stunning views.
Les Remparts - Located at Château de La Chèvre d’Or , which I mentioned earlier, the view from this restaurant was rated by Forbes magazine as best in the world! With tables situated overlooking the breathtaking view, this is a culinary experience you will never forget. Also, an added bonus is you can explore the picturesque gardens of Château de La Chèvre d’Or during your visit!

Hotel Hermitage, Monte-Carlo
The South of France boasts a range of accommodation options, from luxurious hotels to charming boutique experiences. If planning your first trip to the South of France, I recommend staying in Nice for two reasons. First, the airport is in Nice so it is only a short trip from the airport to your hotel. Second, Nice’s central location amongst the top destinations on the coast makes it very convenient to explore the surrounding coastal areas and nearby destinations.
Here a few accommodations I recommend that will provide top-notch amenities and personalized service, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.
Le Meridien - Located in Nice, the Le Meridien has a great location directly across from the beach with a rooftop pool overlooking the ocean with a view that can’t be beat!
Hotel Boscolo Excedra - Located in Nice, this beautiful five-star hotel offers exceptional service and stylish accommodations. Conveniently located near a metro stop, it provides easy access to the surrounding areas, and the beach is just a short walk away.
JW Marriott Cannes - Located in Cannes - This luxury beachfront hotel offers white sand beaches right in the heart of Cannes!
Hotel Hermitage Monte-Carlo - If looking to spend more than a day in Monte-Carlo, the Hotel Hermitage is dripping in luxury. Located directly across from the Casino de Monte-Carlo so it is right in the center of all the action!
